3. Indications for Use.
— stomach and duodenal ulcer;
— reflux-esophagitis, erosive-ulcer esophagitis;
— NSAIDs induced erosive-ulcer distortions of stomach and duodenal, stress ulcers;
— erosive-ulcer stomach and duodenal distortions, associated with Helicobacter pylori (complex therapy);
— Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.

Pharmacologic performance – antiulcer.
5. Posology and Administration
To be taken orally. Capsules should be swallowed in whole, without chewing.
Duodenal ulcer in the period of attack — 30 mg/a day during 2-4 weeks (in hard-to-treat cases – up to 60 mg/day).
Stomach ulcer in the phase of attack and erosive-ulcer esophagitis 30-60 mg/daily during 4-8 weeks.
NSAIDs induced erosive-ulcer distortions of intestines 30 mg/daily during 4-8 weeks.
Ablation of Helicobacter pylori — 30 mg 2 times/daily during 10-14 days in combination with antibacterial agents.
Anti-recurrent treatment of stomach and duodenal ulcer — 30 mg /daily.
Anti-recurrent treatment of reflux-esophagitis — 30 mg/daily during a long time (up to 6 months).
In Zollinger-Ellison syndrome a dose is to be selected individually up to the attainment of the level of basal secrecy less than10 mmol/hour.
6. Counterindications
— malign neoformations in intestines;
— I trimester of pregnancy;
— lactation;
— age under 18;
— hyper sensitivity to the components of the drug.
The drug should be administered with caution in liver and/or kidney failure, in II—III trimester of pregnancy, to elderly patients.
7. Should Be Taken with Precautions, if…
Before the start of the treatment it is necessary to exclude malign process in upper parts of intestines, as the drug intake may mask the symptoms and complicate diagnostics.
