5. Posology and Administration

Posology and administration should be adjusted individually with allowance for clinical entity and severity of the disease, taking into account of a therapy composition and individual tolerance. In order to prevent graft rejection reaction the drug is administered in a knock-out dose 5 mg/kg/daily in 2-3 intakes during 1-2 months; then it is possible to go over a supporting diet from 1 to 4 mg/kg/daily during several year. In other cases a daily dose is 1-2.5 mg/kg. The treatment is long-lasting.
